Island Recreation provided landscaping services as well as playground equipment and park facilities on this project with views of Prince of Wales Bay on the River Derwent. Including a swing especially designed for wheelchair access and inclusivity, this outstanding space also featured basketball facilities, climbing nets, swings and early learning activities. An integrated design of rubber soft fall, loose fill pine bark and access pathways invite users into a space which will be enjoyed by families for years to come.
